Child Welfare

Many practices that advance desired outcomes involve assisting staff and systems in engaging and hearing children, youth, and families in a new way. Creating an organizational paradigm that values the voices of stakeholders requires a mix of facilitation, training, and on-the-ground conscious focus on shifting the work to this model.
In my partnership work with organizations, I bring an ability to help agencies move towards their goal while building on the strengths of their vision and workforce to make the move meaningful.
